The document continues the reflection started in 1998 and develops it starting from some significant changes in the discussion on the end life issues: from the many kind of people involved in the debate on euthanasia to the important development of the palliative care techniques and to the laws of those countries which decided to undertake the legalization or decriminalization of euthanasia and assisted suicide.
